SHIFT (2021)

The works in Shift were created as the American presidential inauguration took place in January 2021. They mark the sensation of a giant social pendulum slowing and beginning it’s shift in a much-needed new direction. Painted with white on white paper and laden with glitter and other subtly shimmery textures, they are a representation of the release of heaviness and the emergence joy.
