Malta VII
About
I spent fourteen years (2002-2016) getting to know Gozo, Malta — first as a visitor, later as family, and eventually as a citizen through marriage. It’s one of the most beautiful corners of the world, and the years I photographed it happened to be a time of major change as Malta entered the EU and the island underwent significant infrastructure upgrades. Even so, the character of Gozo remained: a cluster of villages set on fortified hilltops, wide stretches of farmland, limestone coastlines, and a pace of life that feels both grounded and enduring. These photographs reflect that period — a place in transition, still holding tight to its long-standing charm.
Specifications
All orders are printed on Hahnemühle Photorag archival paper using ultra wide-gamut inks (2880 x 1440 DPI); weight: 308GSM. This paper offers a smooth matte finish with rich color and subtle gradients and is guaranteed archival.
All frames are museum-quality FSC®-certified wood frames with high-grade glass glazing.
